A member of the Resicom NYC family recently tried this 20-Minute treadmill workout and raved about how it really raised their heart rate and made them break out in a nice sweat. They also said that the best part of this 20-minute workout is that it is only "20-minutes". Hopefully we can all find 20-minutes in our busy and hectic day to burn a few calories and get fit.
