Drone helps save window cleaner stuck on high-rise scaffolding BY Chris Perez

Kind of cool use of a drone. We appreciate the use of such technology, especially if it can help to create a safer work environment for all window cleaners. Cheers to the "lifesaving drone."

More Latinos on Farms Move From Fields to Office By Tanzina Vega

The title says it all. At ResicomNYC, we invariably salute those individuals who persevere and lead by example on a daily basis. As Christopher Reeve said, “A hero is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles.”

In Ranking Subways, the #7 Is Number One By Kate Hinds

As much as certain Resicom staff members appreciate the Straphangers Campaign ranking the #7 train as king, those who reside in Queens say that on weekends, they either feel trapped in Queens or extremely limited in terms of traveling to other boroughs, especially Brooklyn. According to our Queens residents, it would be easier to travel to Montauk than to Prospect Heights.

Charles James: Beyond Fashion

Resicom NYC staff members recommend that you run - not walk - to the “Charles James: Beyond Fashion” exhibition currently on view through the 10th of August at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York. This exhibition is arranged in two parts with the first being on the 1st floor accessible through the Greek galleries and the second in the traditional ground-floor space through the Egyptian galleries. Aside from the sumptuous ball gowns on display, the curators have incorporated technology to help visitors understand the architecture of each gown. It is a beautifully arranged exhibition on a brilliantly gifted designer using video animation and live-feed cameras to explore the construction of these gorgeous works of art.

P.S. The exhibition catalogue is stunning and worth every penny. A must for every fashionista.

Note: Please excuse the quality of the images as the galleries were darkly lit in order to protect the extremely delicate fabrics and presumably for dramatic effect.
